The mobile app can be a great fundraising tool for fundraisers on the go. It helps by managing your time more efficiently when you’re using the app at a fundraiser event. You can capture donor information and receipts on your mobile device and link them directly to your ActiveDonor profile.
1. How to install ActiveDonor mobile app
When downloading the mobile app first go to your Google Play store and search for “ActiveDonor Mobile” or use the link below:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.activedonor.app
Once you have found the app click on it to go to the downloads page and press on the Install button.
When the download is completed you can now open the app.
2. How to log in to your ActiveDonor mobile app
Your login details for the mobile app are the same as your web account, your organisation ID however is the abbreviated part of your login link.
Once you have entered the details you can click on the “Login” button.
If this error comes up then it means that the user does not have permission set up in their roles.
To correct this error you must log in online and change this setting under roles before you can proceed.
once you have logged in you will be presented with a list of your donors.
