Navigate to the Donors page (labelled 1) and click on the Add Donor button (labelled 2), or you can click on the Add Donor shortcut icon (labelled 3) located in the top right corner of every page.
On the donor form select Individual (labelled 1) from the top right corner.
Enter the first name, last name and cell phone number or email address of the donor.
If your donor requires a Section 18A certificate, check the Section 18A required checkbox (labelled 2).
To add the donor’s address, and other information click on the Additional Fields button (labelled 3).
💡 Tip: The reference field is optional and can be any text or number. You can also use the reference to search for donors. |
The Donors personal information will be filled in, in the red box above.
The contact details and preferred language will be filled in, in the blue box above.
The address will be filled in, in the green box above.
You can add a “Donor Tag” and allocate the donor to a fundraiser from your team in the orange box above.
If the donor requires a Section 18A, select the checkbox in the yellow box above.
Capture all the donor’s information and then press the Create Donor button to save your changes.
